Cheaters don’t ever deserve winning

A simple but universal principle: When someone breaks the rules—in sports, business, accounting and taxes or, currently, political races—improperly won points, bases, gained yardage, money or electoral position must be given up and returned. Referees, judges and courts rule.

Referees, who see that the rules of the game are adhered to, pronounce infractions and assess punishments or corrections: where a ball is spotted, personal fouls, the time on the clock or what base a runner has earned, whether a hit ball is “fair” or “foul.” Lawyers argue for their clients to be “made whole.”

Improvements now include cameras replaying in booths, and on huge screens so that fans and teams—even if they disagree with the official’s call—can at least be satisfied in the transparency. Mistakes happen but usually help out both sides. Even for the questionable “blown” call—sometimes changing the result of a game—no secrecy occurred.

If you think that the mainstream news media (MSN) haven’t picked a side, that judges appointed by Democrats have the same impartiality as those by Republicans, and that “right wing” talk radio hosts, conservative bloggers and think tanks haven’t any valuable or expert insights—you won’t like reading how most of the 73 million Trump voters think he won.

Aside from cheating and fraud—for which plenty of “evidence” exists—consider anomalies and data that, if the shoe were on the other foot, would have your Democrat suspicions aroused. “Tens of Thousands of Pennsylvania [Biden +69,000] Ballots Returned Earlier Than Sent Date: Researcher,” by Petr Svab (11/11, Theepochtimes.com). Nearly 110,000 ballots were either 1) returned before they were sent to voters, 2) returned the same day they were sent, 3) returned the next day or 4) had no return date.

Trump’s campaign alleges “that invalid ballots have been counted for Democrats” while valid Republican ones were discarded. In “Pennsylvania Voter Fraud: The Lawsuit,” J. Hinderaker shares more details than most of us can indulge but sums it up:

“The lawsuit is premised primarily on equal protection; it alleges that some Pennsylvania counties, which were uniformly favorable to Joe Biden, systematically violated Pennsylvania’s election laws, at times with the encouragement of the Secretary of the Commonwealth, while Republican-leaning counties followed the law. The result was systemic voter fraud that diluted the votes of Pennsylvanians in the law-abiding counties, and also the votes of those who voted in person rather than by mail.” If proven, Dems lose votes.

In “10 Reasons Pennsylvania’s Election Results May Be ‘Irredeemably Compromised’” Tyler O’Neil (pjmedia.com, 11/10) sums up the massive lawsuit’s intentions: Prohibiting election officials from certifying any results “that include the tabulation of absentee and mail-in ballots which do not comply with the Election Code,” such as ballots counted while the Trump campaign’s watchers were prevented from observing or ballots that lack requirements of state law such as a secrecy envelope or a voter’s signed declaration. Ill-gotten gains from rule-breaking must be forfeited.

California, New York, Texas and Florida counted ballots and pronounce results quickly because their votes weren’t really in doubt. Only in the swing, or “battleground,” states did there occur late or delayed counting, certified dead people voting, turnout that exceeded the number of registered voters, whistleblowers reporting that laws on mail-in ballots were ignored, substantial numbers of destroyed or lost ballots, masses (hundreds of thousands) of ballots with only a vote for Joe Biden—all in Democrat-run cities.

A writer posting at Power Line blog, “Ammo Grrrll,” described her observations as a young, idealistic poll volunteer in a major city, curious why a steady stream of mostly men spent far less time in the voting booth than it would take to fill out the ballot. She later saw the lengthy line outside the door with a local political “manager” handing out money for the unfilled ballots, and giving the already filled ones out. Illegal? Of course! It’s essential for vote fraud that the judicial system ignores it.

Philadelphia attorney Jerome M. Marcus wrote “I Was In Philadelphia Watching Fraud Happen. Here’s How It Went Down,” (11/10, Thefederalist.com). “Legacy media are lying when they claim that all of President Trump’s allegations of voter fraud are baseless. I know, because I argued a case on the president’s behalf in federal court in Philadelphia.”

More “evidence” of Trump’s win: “Bellwether Counties Had a Clear Favorite for the 2020 Election,” (hint: 18 of 19 of those reliable winner-picking counties chose Trump) by Matt Margolis, 11/13 (pjmedia.com). “Yes, There Was Election Fraud. The Question Is How Much; Was the fraud just at the fringes? Or was there fraud on the rampant scale former Illinois governor and convicted corruption connoisseur Rod Blagojevich suggested on Friday?” by M. Cleveland (11/9, Thefederalist.com).

Also relevant: “U.S. Rejected Ukraine ’04 Election Over Absentee Ballots, Opponent Observer Restrictions and Wild Turnout Numbers,” (Thenationalpulse.com, 11/9); “Democrat senators warned of potential ‘vote switching’ by Dominion voting machines prior to 2020 election,” A.M. Miller, 11/13;

“Pro-Biden Bug Also Suspected in Georgia’s Vote-Counting Software,” by Paul Sperry, (RealClearInvestigations.com, 11/13); and “Democrats Know Mail-In Voting Means Mass Fraud, and Pushed It Anyway” J. Pierce, 11/11). No other country allows “mail-in voting” because it so corrupt.

It’s undeniable: “Michigan Election Fraud: Evidence of Wolverine State Chicanery During America’s 2020 Presidential Election,” by Sam Jacobs (11/13).

Finally, “Big Tech, Media ‘Stole the Election’ by Burying Biden-China Scandal,” by Tyler O’Neil, applies math to the surveyed fact that about 5 percent of Biden’s voters wouldn’t have chosen him if they had known about the Biden-China corruption. Result? Trump wins AZ, GA, NC, PA, WI. Trump=290 Electoral Votes. 

I hope and pray that President Trump comes out winning, if only by disqualifying illegal votes, while leftists shriek, cry and wail.
