The Cry-Baby Leftist Mind

The Cry-Baby Leftist Mind

Modern progressives assume moral and intellectual authority.

Consequently, their supposedly superior ends naturally justify almost any means necessary to achieve them.

Among the elite, the Democrats’ “blue-wall” states were once considered a testament to the wisdom of the Electoral College. When that wall crumbled in 2016 to Donald Trump, the Electoral College suddenly was blasted as a relic of our anti-democratic founders.

The nine-person Supreme Court was once beloved. On issues like abortion, school prayer, same-sex marriage, pornography, and Miranda rights, the Left cheered the Court as it made the law and ignored legislatures and presidents.

Republican Court picks — Harry Blackmun, William Brennan, Anthony Kennedy, Sandra Day O’Connor, Lewis Powell, John Roberts, David Souter, John Paul Stevens, Potter Stewart, and Earl Warren — would often flip leftward. How could they not be swayed by the greater brilliance of their liberal colleagues?

From affirmative action to Roe v. Wade to Obamacare, apostate Republican justices for a half-century greenlighted legislating from the bench.

In response, was there any serious right-wing talk of packing the court with six additional justices to slow down its overreaching left-wing majority — or of a mob massing at the home of a left-wing justice? Certainly not.

But now?

Suddenly a narrow constructionist majority has returned matters of abortion to the states. And the once-beloved Court is being slandered by leftist insurrectionists as illegitimate.

Every sort of once unthinkable attack on the courts is now permissible.

Confidential draft opinions are leaked illegally. A senior senator threatens justices by name at the doors of the Court. The homes of justices are surrounded by heckling protestors. And the very life of a justice is threatened by a would-be assassin close to his home.

Consider also the Senate filibuster. Former President Barack Obama not long ago ranted that it was racist and a 180-year-old relic.

Obama’s logic was infantile. When Democrats were in the Senate minority, he was giddy that the filibuster could slow down the Republican majority. Indeed, while a senator, Obama himself filibustered the nomination of Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.

When Democrats were in the majority, however, a pouting Obama blasted the filibuster as a racist, Jim-Crow roadblock.

Can the January 6 committee issue some universal declaration that defeated candidates should not question the integrity of an election, much less call for it to be ignored?

Apparently not. In 2016, a defeated Hillary Clinton claimed the winner, Trump, was illegitimate — this from the architect of the entire Russian collusion hoax.

Clinton then trumped her own inflammatory rhetoric by urging Joe Biden not to accept the 2020 tally of the balloting if he lost.

Former President Jimmy Carter agreed that Hillary Clinton won the 2016 election and Trump was thus illegitimate.

Hollywood actors appeared in commercials, insurrectionary style, urging Republican electors to renounce their constitutional duties and instead elect Clinton.

On racial matters, the Left is most intellectually bankrupt.

During the recent confirmation hearings of African American nominee to the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson, the Left alleged that tough questioners were racists and sexists for “bullying” Jackson.

Yet she got the kid-glove treatment compared to the character assassinations of past conservative nominees. Brett Kavanaugh was smeared as teen-aged rapist and targeted by former Democratic media heartthrob Michael Avenatti, now an imprisoned felon.

Currently, loud mobs of affluent, young white women have been circling the home of African American Justice Clarence Thomas — just one of five court justices who voted to let the states decide the status of abortion.

Thomas did not write the majority opinion that overturned Roe v. Wade, but then again, leftists have a toxic fixation with Blacks who do not appreciate their condescension.

In the left-wing mind, the buffoonish Capitol riot on January 6 was an “insurrection.”

Yet the much larger May 31, 2020, riot that sought to storm the White House grounds and sent the president into a bunker was the sort of mob violence that “was not going to stop” in the words of now Vice President Kamala Harris.

The recent pro-abortion mob assault on the Arizona state senate, the Left insists, was an apparent cry of the heart.

What would the Left do if after 2022 midterms a Republican-majority Congress emulated its own infantile tantrums?

Imagine new House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., tearing up a President Joe Biden State of Union address on live television.

How about the House impeaching Biden twice, even as a private citizen in 2025?

Envision a 22-month, $40-million investigation of the entire Biden quid pro quo, corrupt family syndicate?

What if McCarthy booted left-wing congressional representatives from key select committees?

And what if conservatives showed up screaming at the gates of one of Obama’s three mansions?

How odd that leftists are destroying the very customs and traditions whose loss will come back to haunt them when the Democrats lose the Congress in November.

Cry-baby tantrums won’t win over the public. These nonstop puerile meltdowns have turned off most Americans who tire of whiny narcissistic hypocrites.

Sussmann Juror Is Talking, and It's an Eye-Opener

Sussmann Juror Is Talking, and It's an Eye-Opener

AP Photo/Evan Vucci

As we reported earlier, Michael Sussmann was found not guilty of lying to the FBI, despite the evidence that he was working for the Clinton campaign and that he told FBI General Counsel James Baker that he was not working for any client.

That raised questions as to how, given the evidence, you get a not guilty verdict in this case? Now, part of the issue may have been judicial rulings that hindered Special Counsel John Durham’s case to some degree, as I noted. The other part may have been you likely started out with an unfavorable jury, to begin with, in D.C., but then, in this case, you also seemed to have a problem with the jury — with donors to Hillary Clinton and even one who had a child who played on a sports team with Sussmann’s daughter.

Now, the jury forewoman is talking and it’s a window into the problem here.

After the verdict, the jury forewoman, who declined to give her name, spoke to the media. She said charges should never have been filed against Mr. Sussmann in the first place.
“I don’t think it should have been prosecuted,” she said of the case. “There are bigger things that affect the nation than a possible lie to the FBI.”

“It was the government’s job to prove it and they succeeded in some ways and not in others,” she continued. “We broke it down and it did not pan out in the government’s favor.”

She declined to say in which ways she thought the government succeeded and that those who would complain about the result weren’t in the jury room.

“Politics was not a factor,” she insisted.

That’s a problem — that means that she/they may have been replacing her/their own judgment about whether it should have been prosecuted at all, instead of weighing what she should have been weighing — whether or not they could find that he lied to the FBI beyond a reasonable doubt.

As George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley observed in a Twitter thread, “Telling a lie to the FBI was the entire basis for the prosecution. It was the jury’s job to determine the fact of such a lie and its materiality.” Turley allowed, “[T]his statement can be a simple criticism of the underlying charge without admitting to bias in weighing the elements. Yet, it would have prompted a challenge in the courtroom if expressed during jury selection.”

Turley had previously noted the problem with the jury.

Some blasted it as jury nullification.

That’s ultimately a big question here. Nobody can ignore that the big takeaway is that the Clinton team was behind promoting Russia collusion that damaged so much in the country–and a lot more is coming. You can present all the evidence you want, and there was plenty of evidence here. But are we going to be ever be able to hold them to account in D.C., if you have comments like this?

Nunes: Sussmann Case Revealed ‘So Much’ About Clinton, FBI

Nunes: Sussmann Case Revealed ‘So Much’ About Clinton, FBI

The case of ex-Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann revealed key details about the campaign’s efforts to seed claims about Donald Trump and the FBI’s treatment of those claims, former Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) says.

“This was a really important case that got brought in D.C.—even with the verdict—because we learned so much,” Nunes, now the head of Trump’s social media company, told NTD—part of the Epoch Media Group—hours after Sussmann was acquitted.

“We learned that Clinton approved of this operation. We learned that, for sure, they were spying on Trump. We learned the FBI knew about it. We learned that the seventh floor was very interested in this case,” Nunes added.

Robby Mook, Clinton’s campaign manager, testified during the trial that Clinton approved the plan to promote the Trump–Russia allegations to media outlets. Mook said he wasn’t sure whether Clinton approved of Sussmann taking the same information to the FBI.

Sussmann’s other client, Rodney Joffe, meanwhile, was monitoring internet data in order to obtain “derogatory information about Donald Trump,” prosecutors with special counsel John Durham’s team said.

Also during the trial, it was revealed that then-FBI Director James Comey and other bureau leaders were “fired up” about the allegations, which concerned a purported secret backchannel between the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank. Senior FBI officials pressured lower-level workers to investigate the claims, even though cyber experts within a day deemed them unsupported.

Former FBI agent and federal prosecutor Marc Ruskin told NTD, that the evidence presented during the trial “will have ramifications in the future,” including Mook’s disclosures and internal FBI emails.

“Regardless of the political implications, there is a lot more knowledge, you could say, more evidence now that the public is aware of that they would not be aware of had this trial not taken place,” Ruskin said. “The evidence is now out there. And I think it’s up to the uninformed public to read it, digest it, and evaluate it and make their own determinations as to its value.”

Durham was tasked during the Trump administration to investigate the origins of the U.S. government’s widespread effort to investigate links between Trump and Russia. The effort was partially based on allegations funded by Clinton’s campaign.

Sussmann’s was the first trial stemming from the investigation. Sussmann was acquitted on May 31 on one count of lying to the FBI. He had told FBI lawyer James Baker he was bringing the Trump–Russia claims on his own accord, but later acknowledged under oath he was acting on behalf of a client.

Durham earlier secured a guilty plea from FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who admitted to doctoring an email from the CIA to say that former Trump campaign associate Carter Page was not a CIA asset, when, in fact, he was. Durham has also charged Igor Danchenko, a primary source for the anti-Trump dossier compiled by ex-British spy Christopher Steele, who was paid by Fusion GPS, a firm contracted by the campaign to conduct opposition research.

Sussmann was tried in Washington. Danchenko will go on trial later this year in Virginia.

Nunes, who unearthed much of the early evidence of wrongdoing by the government in its probe of the Trump campaign, said that Durham “presented so much evidence—overwhelming evidence—in the Sussmann trial that I’d be shocked if Durham doesn’t bring several more indictments, or possibly even a conspiracy indictment.”

Happy News Weekend Roundup: Hillary Getting Spanked in Court and More!

Happy News Weekend Roundup: Hillary Getting Spanked in Court and More!

AP Photo/Seth Wenig

These articles are my favorite to write. Not only are they full of good news for us, but just imagine the shrill squeals that come from the agony of defeat emanating from green-haired, scrotum-hating, sideshow slobs in hipster coffee shops, located in every Warsaw-ghetto-looking American city nationwide. Squeal, you commie piggies, SQUEAL.

Let’s start with the one we’ve all been waiting/praying/sacrificing roosters for: Hillary is getting spanked in a courtroom this week.

The carnage is so delicious even CNN had to admit it.

As I have mentioned before, I am a New Wave Republican. I don’t turn the other cheek, nor do I forgive and forget as easily as some of our more religious friends do. I want to see this she-demon perp-walked into the same D.C. gulag holding peaceful J6 protestors. I hope she gets the cell with the broken toilet and her stomach has a bad reaction to chipped beef.

In a nutshell, here is what happened in court:

  • Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook testified UNDER OATH that he ran the bogus info re: Trump colluding with Russia past the Hillda-beast, and she personally OK’d it being released to the public. He also testified that NO ONE had verified any of the information in it and that Jake Sullivan knew about it as well.
  • Mook also testified that he ran the lie past Jake Sullivan, who is now Gropey Joe Biden’s national security adviser, meaning, Sullivan was in on the myth.

Hillary tweeted the lie on Halloween, 2016, less than a week before the election.

Hillary has tweeted nothing about the damning testimony. I guess if her political career is finished she can audition for the role of Flo’s evil grandmother in those Progressive Insurance commercials.

Elon Musk has been throwing some dukes at the libs lately, even Hillary. The left loved him and his electric cars. Now that he is buying Twitter and, my God, threatening to allow FREE SPEECH on the once-liberal lie app, they spit-scream at their phones every time he tweets something juicy like this:

And wouldn’t you know it, now that Elon Musk is for free speech and voting Republican, here come the attacks. Though no woman ever accused Elon of anything when he was voting for Donkeys, someone now claims he exposed himself to her.

Here is his response;

FACT-O-RAMA! Elon Musk is a fighter who doesn’t care what the toilet people on the left throw at him. I’m thrilled he is on our side!

But wait, there’s more! Six more reasons to smile a little brighter this weekend:

  • Democrats got thwacked in New York state redistricting
  • Hunter’s laptop proves he made $11 million pimping his dad’s name
  • A recent Rasmussen poll shows Elephants stomping the Donkeys in November’s midterm elections
  • A federal judge stopped Biden from lifting Title 42, which will “supposedly” keep the southern border from being inundated with illegal immigrants
  • Hispanic voters’ approval rating for Gropey Joe has plummeted to a dismal 26%
  • The documentary “2,000 Mules” is sparking election integrity investigations nationwide

If these aren’t good enough reasons to light up a cigar and pour a glass of 1776 bourbon, I don’t know is.

P.S.: I heard a rumor that the pink-hairs are going to hit the steps at the Supreme Court on Monday after they hear something they won’t like. Pop some corn, it’s gonna be a hoot!

Trump Releases Ad Going After Clinton Following Bombshell Testimony From Former Campaign Manager

Trump Releases Ad Going After Clinton Following Bombshell Testimony From Former Campaign Manager

Former President Donald Trump released a new ad on Truth Social targeting Hillary Clinton after her former campaign manager testified the former presidential candidate personally OK’d the spread of false information.

The ad opens with a clip of Clinton speaking during the 2016 presidential debate.

“It is awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country,” Clinton had said.

Trump responded with “because you’d be in jail.”

The ad then transitions to a series of recent clips breaking the news that former campaign manager Robby Mook testified Clinton herself personally approved the dissemination of the Trump-Alfa Bank connections to the media despite concerns of faulty evidence.

“They tried to steal thee 2016 election by spreading the Russia hoax” the ad read. “Trump was right. Hillary fabricated the Russia hoax.” (RELATED: One Devastating Paragraph From The WSJ Editorial Board Sums Up Durham’s Clinton/Russia Revelation)

The ad then transitions to chants of “lock her up” with pictures of Clinton before Trump is heard saying “the collusion delusion is over.”

Mook testified Friday in special counsel John Durham’s case against former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann that general counsel Marc Elias first informed him of the Alfa Bank situation, noting the Clinton campaign was unsure whether the data was legitimate. Mook testified the campaign discussed whether they should disseminate the information to reporters, with Clinton herself personally approving the send out.

“I discussed it with Hillary as well,” Mook said, according to Fox News. “I don’t remember the substance of the conversation, but notionally, the discussion was, ‘hey, we have this and we want to share it with a reporter.’”

He then said that “she [Hillary Clinton] agreed” to have the information released to the media.
