Monday, March 14, 2011 Email to a Friend ShareThis.AdvertisementThe Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 23% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-three percent (43%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -20. That matches the president’s lowest ratings of 2011 (see trends).
Most voters continue to favor repeal of last year’s health care law. Sixty-one percent (61%) believe it will raise the cost of health care and 59% believe it will increase the federal budget deficit.
Americans overwhelmingly believe that employee pay should be based upon performance rather than education or seniority.
