A new Rasmussen survey shows Romney beating Obama, tied with Santorum, tied with Paul, and only beating Gingrich by a hair. A new Washington-Post/ABC poll has Obama at news lows in his handling of the economy, specifically gas prices. Independents are fleeing him, too. So much for the conventional wisdom that the GOP primary is hurting Republicans. So much for the spin that the economy is rebounding. So much for the idea that Obama is sailing to reelection. Of course the Democrats want to change the subject to a wholly contrived “war on women” narrative.
