THE WAY I SEE IT by Don Polson Red Bluff Daily News 6/13/2023
Third world banana republic tactics
Upon hearing of the indictment of Donald Trump by partisan hack DOJ
prosecutor, Jack Smith—whose biggest cases and convictions were rejected by
both the Supreme Court and juries—we could hear echoes of Bolivia’s Morales,
Nicaragua’s Daniel Ortega, Venezuela’s Chavez. All indicted opposition leaders.
As elsewhere in history, we now have politicized, weaponized federal law
enforcement, and a “Justice” Department applying double, even duplicitous,
standards to officeholders and candidates—based on political party. America, with
its blind, equal-before-the-law bedrock principle, is upended and effectively
turned into just another grab-and-keep-power, despotic “banana republic.”
Let that sink in while noting other stories: Unsurprisingly, this column
opposes so-called “Pride” day, month, celebrations or recognitions. Being “born
this way,” while living otherwise “normal” lives of work and leisure, deserves
no special recognition; an acquired or promoted lifestyle of sexual abandon and
libertinism, diminishes and undermines the probity and rectitude of society.
Loving families of mothers, fathers and children—not “anything goes”
sexual perversion—are and have always been the bedrock of a productive,
compassionate civilization for millennia.
Public opinion—what “democracy” looks like—rejects the so-called
“transexual” objectives of sex changes for minors, or their euphemism “gender
affirming care (GAC).” 60 to 70 percent oppose puberty-blocking or hormonal
treatments for teens, or GAC (Washington Post-KFF poll, Nov. 2022). While also
using slanted “gender affirming care,” PBS/NPR/Marist polling found support for
laws criminalizing such procedures rose from 28 percent to 43 percent from
4/2021 to 3/2023.
Relatedly, Gallup polling: “Social conservatism hits highest level in a
decade” (hotair.com), shows more Americans say they are “very conservative” or
“conservative” on social issues, rising from 30 percent in 2021 to 38 percent. “Very
liberal” or “liberal” dropped from 34 to 29 percent.

The fact narrative of a MAGA/Trump-initiated “insurrection” on Jan. 6,
2021 has suffered numerous refutations. Speaker Pelosi and Mayor Bowser
rejected President Trump’s offer of at least 10,000 National Guard troops; they
would have prevented damage, assaults or incursions into the Capitol. Tucker
Carlson’s exposure of nearly endless video of hundreds of protesters calmly
“touring” the building debunked the “anyone in or around the Capitol committed
crimes” assertion.
Defense attorneys contended that undercover assets—fed, city, human
sources and informants—were involved with and among the crowds; FBI Director
Wray refused to deny the same. The FBI recently refused to provide security
footage for the stated reason that undercover agents could be identified.
Existing video and audio has now shown one or more D.C. cops who “acted
as apparent agent provocateurs, dressing as protesters outside the Capitol and
urging protesters toward the iconic building. (see video below).” Pjmedia.com:
“Leaked Video Shows D.C. Cops Were 'Rioters' and Instigators at J-6 Protest.”
Previously circulated video showed “antifa” characters piling out of a
van, complaining and grudgingly donning Trump and MAGA clothing and hats, and
heading off to the Capitol protests, where numerous antifa-types were observed
initiating violence and escaping arrest. Look up “Who is Ray Epps?”

Coverage of the death of “Unabomber” Ted Kaczynski avoided the fact that
his bombings and killings of scientists and others were the actions of an “eco-terrorist.”
He obsessed over damage to his beloved Earth by advanced technology. A
dog-eared, well-read copy of Al Gore’s “Earth in the Balance” was among the few
possessions in his sparse Montana cabin. Today’s “woke” FBI would probably find
a “white supremacist,” or “domestic violent extremist” angle to Kaczynski’s
enviro-violence.

We must acknowledge the corruption, the documented “Bribery” (per
Constitution), evident throughout the dealings, payoffs, and dozens of shell
entities funneling tens of millions of dollars to the Biden Crime Syndicate (appropriate
term). I challenge any Democrat to provide believable explanations, even
rationalizations, for the boatloads of family-lifestyle-sustaining money from
Ukraine, China, Romania, etc.
From Hunter Biden’s laptop, as well as Biden associate Tony Bobulinski, we
know that the monetary conduit of “shell companies” had a percentage for “the
big guy” (Joe Biden), a phrase used by Hunter and even Burisma’s owner. Hunter
promoted his last name and Joe’s position for lucrative “pay to play” gambits—the
Bidens had no identifiable product or service to sell beyond influence
peddling.
The latest exposé derives from documents revealed by a
“confidential human source,” a reliable, well-remunerated FBI informant. Threatened
by a Congressional contempt charge, Director Wray allowed House leaders, whose
constituents pay him, to see the “unclassified” material.
Short version: No less than three multipage documents reveal
possibly $10 million to Joe and other family, from Ukrainian energy company
Burisma, as a payoff for getting the prosecutor examining Burisma fired—the
same prosecutor Joe Biden proudly boasted of using $1 billion to induce his
firing.
Between Rep. Raskin’s lies about then-A.G. Barr dismissing the
accusations, Biden’s smirking “Cheshire cat” toothy grin, and his “Where’s the
money?” mockery—we have what would, if the son and father were Trump, be a quick
impeachment and removal from office. Joe, the money is findable via subpoenas
for bank and company records.
The FBI informant’s life is in jeopardy for being the
“whistleblower” against the Bidens. Outraged yet?
