As we've been reporting, there's been a major anti-ICE action that has been happening at the Delaney Hall ICE facility over the past week. Hundreds of agitators have come out and clashed with ICE agents. There have even been people I recognize coming from other states.

The ICE agents have been assaulted. One was even threatened that the agitator would kill him and his entire family.

The activists claim they're upset about the treatment of detainees in the facility. We reported on some of the problems with the claims being made about the food and hunger strikes in the facility. Indeed, if the menu is accurate, it looks like they're eating better than some Americans. Meanwhile, they also have access to a commissary where they're buying more food.

Watch: Things Are Getting Way Out of Hand With Anti-ICE Agitators in Newark

There was a lot of action at the facility on Friday night, and we will be bringing it to you.

First, there was the fascinating report from Nick Sortor, who managed to make it into the huge encampment that they had set up with everything an activist might need. Check out all of this.

Sorter estimated there were thousands of dollars' worth of stuff, even a constant supply of hot food. You can hear him commenting on the lasagna available and see all the items. They have everything from water and paper towels to even Cheezits and an eyewash station (for when they get hit with pepper spray). You also see people sitting in chairs and having something to eat.

Sortor tells the people inside he's looking for hand wipes. They tell him to check the "medical tent." Because, of course, there's one of those too. There were multiple tents.

It's also astonishing that Sortor was able to do this without being found out, since his face is becoming known for such actions, so hat tip to him as well for getting all this, and risking the danger.

The anti-ICE activity is a huge endeavor, not just to put together, but to fund. So all this raises a big question: who is behind the funding here? Which groups are connected to this action? Are the authorities looking into that and not just the folks doing the action on site? Just the one huge tent alone has to be an expensive item, and notice they even have lighting set up in that big tent as well, so they're plugged in, have a battery or generator.

Democrat politicians have been to the site to whip up angst. Meanwhile, law enforcement is being assailed every night. Democrats need to be called out for stoking this as well.

Seattle Just Acquitted Another Violent Criminal Due to Mental Health Issues

It's not bad enough that the Democrats have insisted on turning career criminals loose in our cities in the name of 'criminal justice reform,' but they've also decided to declare many of these criminals insane, provide them with cursory 'mental health treatment' and then set them free down the road once we've forgotten about their crimes.

In early 2025, Connecticut officials did just that, releasing a man who killed another with an axe and cannibalized the victim's brain and eyeball. Tyree Smith was set free after a board found he'd "demonstrated long-term stability, remained engaged in all recommended treatments and consistently followed his care." That's easy to do when you're hospitalized. How Smith will fair when no longer under strict supervision remains to be seen.

The same thing happened in North Carolina, where a court found Decarlos Brown, Jr. 'incapable to proceed' in his trial related to the murder of Iryna Zartuska. Despite being arrested more than a dozen times in the past and never adequately jailed, the court has now decided Brown is incompetent. Never mind the fact witnesses said Brown yelled, "I got that white girl!" after stabbing Zartuska in the neck.

Now Seattle has acquitted a migrant with 28 priors because of 'insanity,' after that migrant stabbed someone to death in 2023.

Here's more:

A King County man charged with stabbing a stranger to death in downtown Seattle in 2023 was found not guilty by reason of insanity last week, and will be sent to a state psychiatric hospital instead of trial, according to court documents.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys jointly asked a judge to accept the insanity plea of Sana Ceesay, 29, in the killing of Fontaine Jackson, acquit him on a first-degree murder charge, and commit him to the custody of the state Department of Social and Health Services for treatment.

The agreement was outlined in a memorandum filed May 14 by the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Prosecutors said Ceesay stabbed Jackson multiple times on July 4, 2023. Court documents state there was no evidence that the men knew each other before that night.

Much like Smith in Connecticut, a court will rule Ceesay is 'rehabilitated' and release him back into the community where the cycle of violence will likely repeat itself.

Simply incredible.

Yes. And they'll start throwing people in prison for that.

Certainly seems like a workaround for incarcerating criminals.

People are clearly fed up with this 'reform.'

The chaos and societal collapse are the point.

Biden Betrayal? New Report Alleges Taxpayers Got Fleeced to Fund Terrorist-Linked NGOs

Biden Betrayal? New Report Alleges Taxpayers Got Fleeced to Fund Terrorist-Linked NGOs

Lest we forget just how bad, how feckless, how incompetent and, yes, how anathema to America's founding principles and the best interests of the citizens the Biden administration was, now there's this: Allegations have surfaced that the Biden-Harris administration may have slipped millions of dollars to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with ties to terrorist groups. Taxpayer dollars, mind you, sent to anti-Israel and pro-terrorist groups, in what can only be called a betrayal of the American people.

The House Judiciary Committee released a memo on Friday that details what it says is a pattern of neglect and abuse of taxpayer funds during the Biden administration. These funds, according to the memo, went directly and indirectly to anti-Israel protests and terrorist-linked NGOs.

The funds were disbursed through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the State Department and other federal agencies.

Did we need a better justification for President Trump slamming the door shut on USAID? Here we are.

The House Judiciary Committee has released a press release on the matter, which you can view here, and it presents has quite the list of findings:

The Committee's New Key Findings:

  • U.S. nonprofit Rockefeller Brothers Fund provided nearly $4 million to radical, anti-Israel groups, including some with alleged ties to terrorist organizations;
  • USAID grantee and tax-exempt organization, the Tides Network, provided over $1 million to anti-Israel groups, including some with ties to terrorist organizations;
  • U.S. nonprofits, the Jewish Communal Fund, and its grantees, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and PEF Israel Endowment Funds, may be violating section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status by funding radical anti-Israel groups;
  • Israeli nonprofit, Movement for Quality Government, has failed to cooperate with the Committee's inquiry concerning its funding of anti-Israeli-government NGOs;
  • According to a 2023 audit, Israeli nonprofit and U.S. government grantee Abraham Initiatives failed to comply with anti-terrorism procedures.

The Tides Network, remember, is associated with a notorious name in American leftist, anti-Israel activism: George Soros. The Tides Network, while not founded by Soros, frequently acts as a pass-through for Soros funds going to far-left causes. As for the rest, it's a laundry list of anti-Israel, anti-American causes.

This isn't the first such investigation that the House Judiciary Committee has undertaken. Another memo, from 2025, showed that the Committee was already, at that time, looking into the questionable spending of taxpayer monies, again through the mechanism of USAID. The 2025 memo, as background for their investigation, states:

In 2023, Israel experienced widespread protests over the plan of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to reform the Israeli judicial system. The Biden-Harris Administration openly opposed the proposed reforms, with former President Joe Biden saying that Israel “cannot continue down this road.” Media reports subsequently revealed that some U.S. taxpayer money, in the form of grants, had been funneled through various American and Israeli NGOs to fund these protests in part. The use of federal grants for such purposes risks harming America’s relationship with one of its closest allies and undermines core civil liberties.

Look, I'm far from the first guy to point a finger and shout "Treachery," but some of this spending walks right up to the line of providing aid and comfort to organizations that are opposed to the ideals and principles of the United States of America. USAID, under the Biden administration, was funding NGOs that were allegedly providing support themselves to not only anti-Israel groups, but groups with ties to terrorist organizations. And then there's the Soros link; the Soros family that has opposed everything the United States stands for for a couple of generations now.

Now, the downside: Is it likely that any person or group will face serious consequences for this? Not likely. But we can be glad for one thing, and that is that USAID is no longer in operation. And, once more, if we want to keep it that way, in November, at all hazards, vote!
