The GOP Is Expecting Payback Post-2022

The GOP Is Expecting Payback Post-2022

by Kurt Schlichter

|Simply put, we deplorable semi-fascist monsters who are racist no matter what color we are or whether we actually are racist, and who merely built, fed, fueled and defended this country, want our pound of flesh from the progressives who have screwed with us. Maybe two pounds, or for sissy metric system people, round it up to a kilogram. The House redo on the Contract with America is fine, I guess, but we all know that a GOP Congress can’t pass laws without Gumby in the White House signing the bills, and that is not happening. Yet we still want action. More specifically, we want vengeance, and if we help the Republicans take Congress in 2022, we better see some payback pronto.

Yes, I know that the loser Fredocons whose total failure to exact a price for the escalating series of outrages that the leftist weirdos, losers, and mutations have imposed upon us will cry and wet themselves more than usual if we even consider righteous retaliation. We’re supposed to play nice and turn the other cheek, but the base is not in a turning the other cheek mood. It is in the mood to plant the sole of a combat boot in our enemy’s cheek, and not a cheek adjacent to its jaw.

Payback, revenge, retaliation – these are vital components of a civilized society because the need for score settling is inherent in human nature. A normal person simply cannot abide with being done a wrong and not receiving satisfaction. Normal people are not wired that way, and to expect them to do so is ridiculous, particularly for conservatives who are supposed to have a jaundiced view of human nature anyway as something unchangeable and tragic. It is unjust. Justice cannot tolerate bad people doing bad things then skipping away singing tra-la-la-la-la while we just take it.

And do not let the Twitter theologians tell you that the Bible is anti-payback; that is more of the hippy-dippy crap that pictures Jesus as some sort of Birkenstock-wearing, man-bunned socialist instead of the uncompromising firebrand who drove the moneychangers out of the temple with a stick. Look, I grew up a California Methodist, so I have only a glancing acquaintance with actual Christian teaching, but I can read. Romans 12:19, in the King James Version, provides: “Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.” That’s not about forgoing vengeance but outsourcing it. There’s going to be some vengeance.

Repayment is necessary, and its absence is the reason our institutions are failing. The threat of punishment keeps bad people in check. You cannot allow bad acts to go unpunished because the wrongdoer ends up rewarded for wrongdoing. Quick, fellow capitalists, what happens when something is rewarded? Duh. You get more of it.

So, if you want more of these outrages leveled against us, left them slide. You’ll get more. And Conservative, Inc., has let them slide, and we’ve got much, much more.

But, as we have seen, people cannot tolerate others getting over on them and the GOP base is about all tolerated out. When they are forced to do so, they lose faith in their leaders who refuse to deal harshly with people who screw with us.

In our society, you see this in play in the massive unaccountability of our institutions. It’s like the entire ruling caste got together and made an agreement – no one in the club gets held accountable for anything. That’s why you see the regime media refuse to do its job and report on the corruption of the powerful. You see incompetent and venal institutional leaders get promoted instead of punished – quick, give me the name of someone, anyone, court-martialed, relieved, or fired for that clusterfark in Kabul. You see federal law enforcement refusing to enforce laws against favored groups, like BLM scumbags, antifa terrorists, and meth-addled perverts who sprang from the gonads of our senile President Crusty.

Which brings us to Congress. Let’s focus on the House to illustrate the point. That hideous harridan Pelosi impeached our president twice. She hassled Republicans about masks. She turned the Capitol Police on our people. She lied about our pols, and about us in the base. And her move to exclude non-traitor Republicans from the January 6th Kangaroo Kommittee shattered the norms regarding the rights of the minority party. Moreover, she allowed this mob to persecute both serving GOP members and countless Republicans who dared contest the garbage 2020 election.

This cannot go unanswered.

She and the Democrat caucus that enabled her evil acts must pay. And that payment will be due the minute the new GOP Speaker gets sworn in. Moreover, we in the base expect the House leadership to collect.

Kevin McCarthy must be our avenging angel, if he wants to keep the base and his majority.

Remember – the goal is to both demonstrate to the base that justice will be done while striking fear in the hearts of our enemies so they never screw with us this way again.

First, post some heads on pikes. Toots Swalwell and Adam “Don’t Look at My Browser History” Schiff need to be fired from their committees. No assignments for them.

Second, inflict your iron discipline in a manner that would make the kinkiest Bulwark staffer tingle. Every ranking Democrat on every committee gets thrown off. That’s years of patient toil and waiting to reach the top flushed down the toilet. Why? Because they let Pelosi screw with the GOP, and since she’s not going to be there, they get to pay for not stopping her.

Third, fire the entire Capitol Police leadership. They were Pelosi’s personal Stasi. That cannot stand.

Fourth, deal the pain by outlawing trading stocks, insider trading, and the other financial shenanigans that let Dems become multi-zillionaires on a $174K per year salary.

Fifth, hold oversight committee meetings on the road out in America instead of in the Capitol. That way, when Democrat administration flunkies lie, a US Attorney in a venue outside of DC can charge them with perjury after DeSantis or Trump takes over in 2024. No more DC juries giving free passes to Democrats.

Sixth, since the House can’t do much legislating anyway with Crusty McDaddyshowers vetoing everything, impeach the Biden flunkies one after another. First, the guy who is supposed to run the border but hasn’t, then Merrick Garland, then finally Mr. 10% for the Big Guy.

Do these actions break the norms? No, because there are no norms. The Democrats saw to that, and now they need to suffer for it. Time for some righteous payback.

Newsom Seeks to Delete Law That Makes it a Crime to Kill a Baby After It's Born

Newsom Seeks to Delete Law That Makes it a Crime to Kill a Baby After It's Born

Sarah Arnold

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif) has been very vocal about his pro-abortion stance, undermining states that placed restrictions on abortions passed a certain week of pregnancy.

In a recent letter addressed to Newsom, bill AB 2223 will change a California law “in a way that radically undermines protection for newborns,” and if signed, “will allow certain forms of infanticide.”

Introduced by Assembly member Buffy Wicks, the proposed bill would do away with its current infanticide law which makes it a crime to kill a baby that was born within a year.

If Newsom goes ahead and signs into a law, the bill would erase the requirement for a county coroner to hold inquests to investigate perinatal deaths “related to or following known or suspected self-induced or criminal abortion.”

It would also bill “delete the requirement” for a coroner to handle “an unattended fetal death” as a “death without medical attendance.”

Doing away with this law would also protect those responsible if a baby was left to die after a failed abortion, meaning it could effectively legalize infanticide up to twenty-eight days after the baby is born for any reason.

Last week Newsom launched a series of ads blasting Republican states who have placed restrictions on abortions with several of them taking aim at the Bible.

This comes as Newsom was asked why so many people are fleeing California despite the governor touting how “great” of a state it is.

Many factors — and there’s been two deep analyses that drives the No. 1 factor… The vast majority, almost the entire amount, impacted because of visa policies in the Trump administration. Our formula for success is getting first-round draft choices from the rest of the world. I mean, we’re as dumb as we want to be,” Newsom said

FBI whistleblower says SWAT teams being misused, J6 defendants' rights trampled

FBI whistleblower says SWAT teams being misused, J6 defendants' rights trampled

Suspended agent says he and others are being listed "as Affiants on search and arrest warrant affidavits for subjects" whom they "have never investigated or even interviewed."

An FBI whistleblower has reported to the Office of Special Counsel that he believes the bureau and Justice Department are violating the constitutional rights of Jan. 6 defendants, falsifying statistics on domestic extremism and misusing SWAT teams to make misdemeanor arrests, according to a copy of the complaint reviewed by Just the News.

Special Agent Stephen M. Friend, who works for the FBI in Florida and serves as a SWAT team member, told the main federal whistleblower office in Washington he had an "exemplary" work record since he joined the bureau in 2014 and even won awards but was suspended in recent days after he began raising concerns about the FBI's and DOJ's conduct in the Jan. 6 investigation

"I believed the investigations were inconsistent with FBI procedure and resulted in the violation of citizens' Sixth and Eighth Amendment rights," Friend wrote. "I added that many of my colleagues expressed similar concerns to me but had not vocalized their objections to FBI Executive Management."

The FBI national press office did not immediately respond to a request for comment sent on Friday.

Friend said one of his many concerns is that the FBI is using SWAT teams to arrest Jan. 6 defendants facing misdemeanor charges, violating the bureau's Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide and creating a potentially unsafe encounter.

"I responded that it was inappropriate to use an FBI SWAT team to arrest a subject for misdemeanor offenses and opined that the subject would likely face extended detainment and biased jury pools in Washington D.C.," Friend wrote in his whistleblower complaint. "I suggested alternatives such as the issuance of a court summons or utilizing surveillance groups to determine an optimal, safe time for a local sheriff deputy to contact the subjects and advise them about the existence of the arrest warrant."

The agent said when he suggested alternatives for arresting suspects in minor Jan. 6 cases one of his bosses "told me that FBI executive management considered all potential alternatives and determined the SWAT takedown was the appropriate course of action."

Friend said he believes the Jan. 6 investigation has involved "overzealous charging by the DOJ and biased jury pools in Washington D.C." and that the heavy-handed tactics smacked of prior FBI mistakes like the Ruby Ridge tragedy in the 1990s.

Friend also confirmed allegations first raised by Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, that the FBI field office in Washington D.C. was opening Jan. 6 cases in other field offices across the country, creating a false data trail suggesting a nationwide problem with domestic violent extremism when in fact the cases all stemmed from the Capitol riot in nation's capital.

Friend said he was assigned 36 Jan. 6 investigations for Florida alone and that one consequence of the data manipulation is that agents in field offices across the country are being listed as affiants for search and arrest warrants for subjects they actually had not investigated.

"There are active criminal investigations of J6 subjects in which I am listed as the 'Case Agent,' but have not done any investigative work," Friend wrote in the complaint. "Additionally, my supervisor has not approved any paperwork within the file. J6 Task Force members are serving as Affiants on search and arrest warrant affidavits for subjects whom I have never investigated or even interviewed but am listed as a Case Agent."

Another consequence, Friend said, is that agents are being told to deprioritize other investigations of serious crimes like child sex exploitation.

"I was also told that child sexual abuse material investigations were no longer an FBI priority and should be referred to local law enforcement agencies," he wrote.

In an interview Friday, Jordan confirmed his office has had contact with Friend and that he expressed concerns about the deployment of FBI SWAT teams for misdemeanor cases.

"There's other ways to do this, in this agent's assessment of things, and he wanted to let our office know that," Jordan told Just the News. "Again, I guess you step back and think of it for a second. There were other ways to deal with President Trump. I mean, for goodness sake.

"You had Joe Biden's Justice Department raid the home of a former president, take the phone of a sitting member of Congress, call half the country fascists and extremists," he added.

Sen. Marco Rubio Turns the Tables on the Mainstream Media Regarding Democrats' Views on Abortion

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) did something recently that is long overdue and that other conservative Republicans in Congress and elsewhere should adopt as standard procedure: he asked reporters some simple probing questions.

The occasion for those questions was a presser with a gaggle of congressional reporters who challenged Rubio’s remarks on abortion and whether he supports any restrictions on the lethal procedure.

They weren’t satisfied when the Florida Republican reminded them that he’s “always been pro-life,” so Rubio challenged the assembled journalists to do the rest of their jobs: “You need to be asking Democrats what restrictions they support. Democrats won’t vote for any restriction of any kind on abortion.”

But rather than simply leaving it there, Rubio, knowing none of the reporters were likely to take up his challenge, directed his staff to fire off some questions of their own for a bunch of journalists, according to a September 20 statement.

The Rubio staffers “emailed 55 different reporters from 40 major news outlets — including the largest newspapers in Florida and 20 largest in the nation — to find out if they or their colleagues had ever asked federally elected Democrats real questions about abortion,” according to the statement.

I’m betting you can guess how the reporters responded. Right: very few of them did, according to the statement, and those who did got an attitude about it all:

• One reporter responded to the survey within minutes, writing, “I have asked those questions.” When asked for links to include in the report, the same reporter went silent.
• Another reporter asked, “Why does a public official think it’s ok to ask questions to news organizations on this issue?” and proceeded to exchange multiple emails without answering any questions.
• Business Insider went so far as to write a 370-word article about the “combative” inquiry but steadfastly refused to address any of the questions.

Frankly, the only element of those responses and non-responses that surprises me is that Rubio’s staffers didn’t receive more outraged protests along the line of, “How dare you think you have the right to challenge us about how we do our jobs?”

Rubio then cited the responses as evidence of two critical problems with the national media:

“This highlights two major problems we have in this country. First, reporters believe no one is allowed to ask them questions. They take offense at the idea that you, me, or anyone else should dare to question the sanctity of their reporting. That arrogant, dismissive attitude is exactly why there is a crisis of confidence in our nation’s news outlets. They truly think they are better than everyone else.

“Second, Democrats get away with murder, literally. They are never pushed to answer specific questions about where they stand on the taking of human life. The truth is that every single Democrat supports taxpayer-funded abortion without any restrictions up until the moment a child is born. That is the truth, but Democrats never have to explain their radical position, because the press is all too willing to cover for them.”

Rubio is right in his assessment of journalists’ vanished credibility, and his direction to his staff to turn the tables is exactly the right precedent. Speaking as a journalist who has covered Congress, the White House, and the national political and public policy scenes for more than three decades, I wonder if Rubio didn’t go far enough.

For decades, presidents and members of Congress rarely publicly challenged how they were being covered by journalists. Sure, back in the office talking to staffers or to colleagues elsewhere, they let loose. But, generally speaking, a respectful public attitude about the institution of the news media was maintained that minimized the unavoidable friction.

But then came the Steele dossier, the Ukraine call, and a hundred other sensational anti-Trump tirades based on little more than innuendo, misrepresentations, and questionable sourcing. What had for a decade or more been obvious to the honest observer suddenly was out in the open for all to see during and after the 2016 presidential campaign and then throughout the entirety of the Trump administration.

All by itself, the reporting by the journalists covering the Trump-Russia conspiracy hoax and, let’s not forget, the work of their editors as well, left the credibility of the major media in tatters, especially the New York Times, the Washington PostUSA Today, AP, the networks, MSNBC, and CNN.

The Steele dossier was a hoax paid for by Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and pushed by partisan liars in government. But when was the last time you saw a correction in the Times or the Post of even one of their many “scoops” that now are clearly seen as having been based on falsehoods?  And when will those Russia-hoax Pulitzers be returned? Or demanded back by the Pulitzer committee?

There’s no longer any reason for officials in either party not to challenge journalists of all stripes with questions about how they cover the news. Just as politicians must be held accountable, so must journalists who peddle stories based on demonstrable falsehoods.

THE DAILY CHART: PUBLIC SCHOOL BLOAT

THE DAILY CHART: PUBLIC SCHOOL BLOAT

BY STEVEN HAYWARD IN THE DAILY CHART

I am at a loss to think of a single measurable improvement in public education that can be attributed to the existence of the federal Department of Education, and a look at staffing changes since the year 2000 suggests that George W. Bush’s signature education bill should perhaps be known as the No Administrator Left Behind Act.
