TEACHER STANDS WITH ISRAEL, STUDENTS RIOT

TEACHER STANDS WITH ISRAEL, STUDENTS RIOT

BY JOHN HINDERAKER IN ANTI-SEMITISMEDUCATION

Hundreds of students rioted at Hillcrest High School in Queens on Monday, trying to assault a teacher who posted a photo on Facebook of herself with an “I Stand With Israel” sign:

Hundreds of “radicalized” kids rampaged through the halls of a Queens high school this week for nearly two hours after they discovered a teacher had attended a pro-Israel rally — forcing the terrified educator to hide in a locked office as the teen mob tried to push its way into her classroom, The Post has learned.

The mayhem at Hillcrest High School in Jamaica unfolded shortly after 11 a.m. Monday in what students called a pre-planned protest over the teacher’s Facebook profile photo showing her at a pro-Israel rally on Queens Oct. 9 holding a poster saying, “I stand with Israel.”
***
Hundreds of kids flooded into hallways and ran amok, chanting, jumping, shouting, and waving Palestinian flags or banners.

Many tried to barge into the teacher’s classroom despite school staffers blocking their entry.

“Everyone was yelling ‘Free Palestine!’” a senior said.

“Everyone was screaming ‘(The teacher) needs to go!’” a ninth-grader said.
***
School administrators and the NYPD, which responded to the school at about 11:20 am, got wind of their plans just in time to rush the teacher into an office and lock the door, another educator said.
***
Cops escorted the teacher safely out of the building.

This is the sort of commentary the incident generated on social media:

The Gazan massacre of October 7, and reactions thereto, have exposed a deep sickness is our society. Multiple strands of evil have come together around support for the massacre. One wonders: who are the students who think standing with Israel is cause for a riot and an attempted assault?

Hillcrest High School is 97% minority. That includes 26% blacks, 36% Hispanics, and 28% Asians. I don’t know to what extent the Asian population includes Middle Eastern immigrants. An observer says the riot was carried out by “radicalized” students, but I would ask, radicalized by whom? Most likely, by the public schools.

Most public schools teach black children that they are the helpless victims of “systemic racism,” which naturally causes them to hate their country. It is a small step to hating America’s ally Israel and siding with America’s enemy, Hamas. Certainly Middle Eastern immigrants will not encounter anything in the public schools to counteract whatever anti-American and anti-Israel prejudices they may harbor.

Public officials expressed shock at the Hillcrest riot, but it is time to get over being shocked by the condition of our public schools, and start doing something about it.

Canadian PM Justin Trudeau Bemoans Influence of 'Right-Wing MAGA Politics' on the Great White North

Canadian PM Justin Trudeau Bemoans Influence of 'Right-Wing MAGA Politics' on the Great White North

The United States' relationship with Canada is something of an anomaly in world history. It's very unusual for two nations to be at peace while sharing a completely demilitarized, 3,000-mile border for over 200 years. Canadians fought alongside Americans in both world wars, and in the pre-9/11 world, one could even drive into Canada with no more ID than your driver's license - no passport required.

But that may be changing, as Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is worried about the influence of "right-wing MAGA politics" on Canadian voters.

"I've actually boasted . . . that it's not a political debate in Canada, all parties in Canada stand with Ukraine," Trudeau said at a press conference Friday. "So it is particularly troubling to see — even though we are seeing a rise of right-wing rhetoric in the United States with MAGA conservatives, across Europe, in certain corners of right-wing politicians and parties — starting to pull their support for Ukraine. Starting to parrot Russian disinformation and misinformation and propaganda."

From those statements, it's clear that Justin Trudeau would be right at home on The View, but in the Canadian Parliament, he's facing a serious challenge in the form of Opposition Leader Pierre Poilievre. My colleague Sister Toldjah brought us the news of an absolutely priceless take-down by Poilievere of a Canadian activist posing as a journalist; this is a guy who is going places, and in the video included you can see him stomping the brakes on the activist's claim that he has "taken a page from the Trump playbook." Later, Sister Todjah brought us another great piece in which Poilievre takes down a journalist questioning him over a statement about the Rainbow Bridge crash.

This is a guy whose career we should watch with great interest. Which brings up the obvious question: Is Pierre Poilievre among the people Justin Trudeau is talking about? Because, apparently, Canadian Muslims are also being influenced by "right-wing rhetoric" from "MAGA conservatives:"

It's not the first time Trudeau has blamed American politics for pushback to liberal policies in Canada.

In July, Trudeau said the "American right-wing" was responsible for causing Canadian Muslims' to oppose gender ideology and LGBTQ curriculum in K-12 education.

Trudeau made the comments during a visit with the Muslim community at the Baitun Nur Mosque in Calgary after hundreds of protesters rallied against gender ideology in schools, chanting, "Leave our kids alone."

The frustration reached a boiling point after audio surfaced of an Edmonton Public Schools teacher berating Muslim students for skipping school in order to avoid Pride events.

I'm going to offer a personal opinion here, namely, that I find it unlikely in the extreme that Canadian Muslims are sympathetic to "right-wing MAGA conservatism." Trudeau, true to form as always, implied that the Muslim families in question were being deceived by American media:

One person in the audience asked Trudeau to "please protect our culture, our belief, the sin that you are doing to them."

Trudeau responded: "First of all, there is an awful lot of misinformation and disinformation out there [from] people on social media, particularly fueled by the American right-wing are spreading a lot of untruths about what is actually… in the curriculum."

Trudeau's response is the purest of corral litter, suitable only for enriching lawns; Canadian Muslims are almost certainly not being unduly influenced by "American right-wing" media. I suspect they know very well what their children are being taught in the schools, and as Muslims they tend to be very traditional in things such as gender roles, they probably don't need any influence from the American media to be upset. Justin Trudeau is floundering; he clearly is watching Pierre Poilievre gaining on him, and like many leftists, he is blaming everyone but himself for his failures. Perhaps Trudaeu should concern himself more with Canada's super-pig problem.

Just in case any readers are unfamiliar with the United States' northern neighbor, I did uncover an interesting piece on the geography and political organization of Canada:

THE WAY I SEE IT   by Don Polson   Red Bluff Daily News   11/28/2023          Lessons: collectivism, vehicular insanity

It’s worth noting, and praising, the offerings of our Daily News columnists over the Thanksgiving holidays set aside for gratitude. We all can benefit by carving, not just the turkey, but also some time and mental space for gratefulness, if only to balance the emotionally draining obligations and frictions around us.

Humans being fallible in a never-ending struggle to follow the “better angels” of our inner selves—rather than the petty foibles of jealousy, hatred, insult and sadness—when writers offer their personal Thanksgiving messages, they deserve a salute.

It behooves this writer to remind readers of the indelible lessons of the first Thanksgiving, wherein our Pilgrim forebears used their little Plymouth Rock colony to experiment in what forms of ownership and social engineering would best contribute to their very survival, as it were. The ideals of utopian collectivism had been praised and aspired to by thinkers, planners and idealists, in the European Old World of the 1600s, for centuries.

As I have repeatedly written, inspired by the annual Thanksgiving message of our beloved radio pontificator, the late Rush Limbaugh, we have the irrefutable, documented experiences of the Pilgrims, described by their Gov. William Bradford in his journals. You may search “America’s First Socialist Republic,” an annual entry at https://powerlineblog.com with links to Paul A. Rahe’s works of history and republics.

The short, most relevant summary goes as follows: The Pilgrims saw an opportunity to practice the admirable system of having each one’s fruits-of-labor shared with other Pilgrims by putting them in a “common store.” “Store” is/was both a term for a physical place to purchase goods, as well as a place where the Pilgrims “stored” what they had produced.

It was the literal “From each according their ability; to each according to their need,” infamously coined by Karl Marx over two centuries later. He obviously was unfamiliar with the utter failure of the Pilgrims’ experiment in communal distribution, which nearly wiped out their colony. Or he was perfectly aware that structuring any society upon such “collectivism” was doomed to failure, shortages, want and starvation—but figured that the idealistic goal of destroying private property was too important to compromise.

For posterity, Gov. Bradford recorded the proclivities of some of the colonists—the young, childless and physically strong—to resent working for the benefit of the older, married, weak or lazy colonists. Their first harvest was so insufficient for their needs that starvation appeared inevitable.

Hence, Bradford instituted a system whereby equal portions of land were assigned to his subjects. If one or more were disinclined to work, they would experience the adage: Who will not work, will not eat.

As is found to be the case everywhere private property is sacrosanct, and one’s right to keep and enjoy the “fruits of their labor” is beyond dispute, the Pilgrims found that abundance followed. Each one, or their family, was able to use what they produced or, in many cases, was able to engage in “fair trade” with others for that which they needed but couldn’t produce.

The abundance was so pronounced that the Pilgrims invited their neighbors—the Wampanoag tribe whose food-producing wisdom helped the Pilgrims to create said abundance—to share in the harvest and feast. That was the First Thanksgiving, a holiday unique to Americans; that holiday remains a celebration of food and camaraderie with those we hold dear.

Upon learning that what was immediately viewed as a terrorist “car bomb,” at the Rainbow Bridge border crossing by Niagara Falls, was a tragic case of “vehicular insanity,” or an inexplicable runaway acceleration—I recalled a similar case at an Arby’s restaurant I helped manage in Santa Monica. I’m likewise reminded of an auto shop on South Main St. with huge boarded up windows facing their parking lot, from an inadvertent vehicular assault.

Almost everyone at the Arby’s for lunch heard the screeching, high-pitched automotive sounds coming through the drive-through speaker, that kept stopping with a loud crash, over and over. The store’s General Manager took off out the back door, with me close behind. Yes, a car was careening back and forth, as the driver, apparently unable to remove his foot from the accelerator, panicked and shifted from “forward” to “reverse.”

What I’ll never forget is the G.M. running toward the car, standing in its path, and waving his arms as if he could personally stop the illogical actions of the driver. No, the car wasn’t insane, but the driver was surely devoid of his senses, his foot seemingly glued to the gas pedal. Based on the story told us by the local auto shop owner, it was another case of elderly, vehicular panic.

“New Calif. Law Mandates K-12 Students Be Taught 'Media Literacy' (ACTUAL Literacy Not Necessary)” by Doug P. at twitchy.com, reminds us of the old Leninist adage: Given control of children’s schooling for one generation, Lenin could insure perpetual communist rule.

UNMAKING OF THE UN

UNMAKING OF THE UN

BY SCOTT JOHNSON IN HAMASISRAELUNITED NATIONS

Cliff May is founder and president of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD) and a columnist for the Washington Times. He is a veteran reporter, foreign correspondent, and editor for the New York Times and other publications. Cliff’s current column is “The unmaking of the United Nations” (at FDD, where it is posted with links). Cliff has kindly given us his permission to post his column on Power Line. He writes:

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres observed last month that Hamas’s Oct. 7 attack on Israelis “did not happen in a vacuum.” He’s not wrong.

But what he neglected to mention are the multiple ways the U.N. encouraged Hamas’s orgy of mass murder, rape, and child-stealing; the U.N.’s efforts to demonize and delegitimize Israel; and its campaign to make Israel an international scapegoat, whipping boy, and pariah.

I’d trace this campaign back to 1975, when the Soviet Union led the U.N. General Assembly to adopt a resolution calling Zionism “a form of racism.”

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Daniel Patrick Moynihan rose to declare that “this is a lie” and to denounce that “the abomination of antisemitism has been given the appearance of international sanction,” and to state unequivocally that the United States “does not acknowledge, it will not abide by, it will never acquiesce in this infamous act.”

Ambassador Moynihan understood that, prior to 1948, Zionism was the movement in support of self-determination for the Jewish people in part of their ancestral homeland which had been, for millennia, under the rule of foreign empires.

Since Israel’s declaration of independence, Zionism has meant supporting Israel’s right not to be annihilated. And let’s acknowledge the obvious: The disestablishment of Israel would require genocide.

In 1991, the U.N. underwent a moment of sanity: 111 nations voted to revoke the “Zionism is racism” resolution, with only 25 nations, “mostly Islamic and hard-line Communists,” as The New York Times reported, “voting against.”

That reflected “the shifting political currents of recent years, the Persian Gulf war in particular, which split the Arab and Islamic worlds, and the changes in the former Soviet bloc, fostered by the collapse of Communism.”

Before long, however, the Jew-haters were back. On September 22, 2001, the U.N. staged an “anti-racism” conference in Durban, South Africa that morphed into a festival of Jew-hatred.

Participants held up signs reading: “For the liberation of Quds [Jerusalem] machine-guns based upon FAITH and ISLAM must be used!” and “The martyrs’ blood irrigates the tree of revolution in Palestine!” and “Down with Nazi-Israeli apartheid!”

American and Israeli representatives walked out. But the U.N. has stuck to its guns, so to speak. There’s been a Durban II, III, and IV.

And, at the 20th-anniversary gala in 2021 in New York City Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, foreign minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, declared: “I’m honored to announce that my nation’s willpower is dedicated to the total elimination of all forms of racial discrimination, including apartheid and Zionism.”

I need to note how ludicrous is the apartheid charge. Israeli Arabs – about 20% of the country’s population – have political parties, vote, and hold office. Jewish and Arab students matriculate in the same universities. Jewish and Arab doctors work together in Israeli hospitals. Israeli Arabs volunteer to serve in the Israel Defense Forces.

As for Gazans, they’ve been ruled by Hamas since 2007— two years after Israelis withdrew from that territory. The only Jews in Gaza are hostages.

Palestinians in the West Bank are governed by the Palestinian Authority. Israeli civilians are barred from entering Palestinian cities. Israeli troops enter only to battle terrorists.

To see apartheid in practice, you need only visit Mr. Amir-Abdollahian’s country where Baha’i, Christians, Sunni Arabs, and other minorities face intense discrimination and persecution, and women are maimed and murdered for not “properly” covering their hair.

Yet last week, Martin Griffiths, the top U.N. humanitarian aid official, met with Mr. Amir-Abdollahian to discuss the situation in Gaza.

And last month Tehran became chair of a U.N. human rights forum – appointed by the president of the U.N. Human Rights Council, which has become a club for human rights abusers.

Also last month, the U.N. General Assembly failed to pass a resolution condemning Hamas’s most recent war crimes.

Other U.N. agencies that are soft on Hamas include the WHO (World Health Organization); the U.N. Office on Genocide Prevention; and UNRWA (the United Nations Relief and Works Agency), a welfare agency that employs Hamas members and confers refugee status on the millions of descendants of the 1948 Arab war against Israel. This definition of “refugee” applies nowhere else in the world.

Francesca Albanese, the U.N.’s Special Rapporteur on Palestine, argues that Israel has no right of self-defense because Gaza is a land “it colonizes” – ignoring the fact that Jews lived in Gaza centuries before armies from Arabia conquered and colonized the territory. Also, as noted above, all Israelis left Gaza in 2005.

And then there’s Navi Pillay, who heads the U.N. Commission of Inquiry, a sort of Spanish Inquisition charged with blood libeling Israel in perpetuity. She claims Israelis have no right to defend themselves because the International Criminal Court opined that self-defense is limited to combating state actors, not terrorist groups. Hamas’s response to that opinion: “We salute the court’s decision.”

The U.N.’s hostility toward Israel is augmented by its incompetence. One example: After the 2006 war in Lebanon, the U.N. Security Council passed Resolution 1701, establishing a multinational force to disarm Hezbollah in the territory adjacent to Israel’s border. Hezbollah has since installed tens of thousands of missiles in that territory with no serious objections – much less actions – by the U.N. Hundreds of those missiles have been fired at Israel since Oct. 7.

The United Nations came into existence in October 1945, in the aftermath of World War II and the Holocaust. It was meant “to maintain international peace and security, give humanitarian assistance to those in need, protect human rights, and uphold international law.”

It consistently fails to accomplish those missions.

Instead, it has become the handmaiden of Islamic supremacists, Chinese Communists, Russian imperialists, and Palestinian terrorists.

No good can come from failing to recognize this disappointing reality.

SCOTT adds: See John Bolton’s memoir Surrender Is Not an Option at 40-43 for the story behind the repeal of the UN’s odious “Zionism is racism” resolution.

The Left Conspires to Keep Election Fraud Quiet. Wonder Why?

The Left Conspires to Keep Election Fraud Quiet. Wonder Why?

AP Photo/Matt York

You can see it with your own eyes. But Democrats and their left-wing media allies call it a "fantasy." What is it?

Election fraud.

A Lawrence, Massachusetts, voter who had been turned away from the polls on Election Day and told he had already voted found out he was the victim of fraud. He checked the footage on the video camera outside his front door and saw that a woman had removed mail-in ballots from his mailbox. He called the police.

It's happening in many places. On Tuesday, Fight Voter Fraud, Inc., a nonprofit voter rights group, appeared in Connecticut Superior Court to demand the arrest of a woman allegedly caught on video committing mail-in ballot fraud in the 2019 Bridgeport Democratic mayoral primary and again in the 2023 primary. The group, protesting that city officials pretend there's no problem, also called on the Connecticut legislature to appoint a special prosecutor.

According to Rasmussen Reports, a staggering 60% of likely voters nationwide consider election cheating a problem. Yet the Left denies it's happening.

The Washington Post calls it a "myth" and a "fantasy offense."

Worst of all, the federal government is suppressing the evidence and censoring anyone who complains about election cheating.

Never-before-seen emails released by the House Judiciary Committee on Nov. 6 reveal that a government-sponsored task force is muzzling public figures, thousands of ordinary Americans, and media outlets like Newsmax and The Babylon Bee when they report election irregularities.

The emails show that officials within the Department of Homeland Security and the State Department -- the deep state -- organized the Election Integrity Partnership in 2020, recruiting academics at Stanford University and the University of Washington to question election honesty and then instruct social media companies such as Google, Facebook, and YouTube to label the postings as "misinformation" or take them down entirely.

Don't be fooled by the name Election Integrity Partnership. This task force does the opposite, silencing concerns about election integrity.

In 2020, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich objected when the state of Pennsylvania adopted new election rules during the COVID pandemic that, in his view, invited cheating. He tweeted, "Pennsylvania democrats are methodically changing the rules so they can steal the election."

When Nicole Malliotakis ran for Congress in 2020 from Staten Island and southern Brooklyn, she posted on Facebook: "Be sure to vote tomorrow because we're not only taking on Max Rose, Nancy Pelosi & Bill de Blasio. We're taking on Dead Democrats too!"

EIP disagreed and instructed Facebook to remove Malliotakis' post, which it did.

Even if Malliotakis was wrong about dead people voting, she has a right to raise the issue.

Malliotakis was correct. A Staten Island grand jury subsequently identified numerous instances of fraud in the race for city council there, including a ballot submitted on behalf of a dead person.

The emails released by the House Judiciary Committee should outrage Americans. The federal government devised a scheme to covertly stamp out public debate over election fraud just when Democrats were pushing many states to adopt new election rules in the face of COVID. Americans were entitled to hear the pros and cons of those rules. They still are.

The First Amendment bars the government from censoring. So what did the government do? It outsourced the censorship to EIP. The government called the shots, telling third parties to censor on its behalf. Louisiana and Missouri are suing to stop the federal government's censorship scheme, and that case is now in the Supreme Court.

Kate Starbird of the University of Washington, a member of EIP, told NPR she regrets the House Judiciary Committee's investigation, and the lawsuit will dampen EIP's future censorship operations.

No worries. Russia's President Vladimir Putin is said to be running for reelection in March 2024. He, President Xi Jinping in China, and other dictators who don't tolerate complaints about election rigging will find the EIP very handy.

It has no place in America.

Tell our leaders to crack down on election fraud instead of censoring its critics.

Sen. Kennedy's Barb About Kamala Harris Causes Leftist Freakout, But It Only Tattles on Them

Sen. Kennedy's Barb About Kamala Harris Causes Leftist Freakout, But It Only Tattles on Them

AP Photo/Alex Brandon, File

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) is known for being ready with a great quip, and he's skewered many folks on the left with his wit.  He's laid into Joe Biden often, including recently slamming him for his weakness on Iran and how that has exacerbated the problems in the Middle East.

Kennedy was at it again this week, as he laid into both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for their failures. Kennedy said he thought the border was a "bleeding wound," noting that since Biden and Harris came in about 8.4 million people had entered our country illegally.

"That's 4 Nebraskas," he explained, saying that we don't have the slighted idea of who all the people are. "this administration believes in open borders. Why is that? Because this administration has embraced the Neo-Socialist woke wing -- loon wing -- of the Democratic Party."

Kennedy continued the the American people maybe "poorer" under Joe Biden, but "they're not stupid" and they see the open border. "They experience inflation. They see the rampant crime. The American people look around and see the world on fire. The war in Ukraine. The war in the Middle East. Um, the embers smoldering in China."

The American people have concluded that Joe Biden is old, Kennedy said, referencing polls, "And he needs soup and an early bedtime." He also noted that the American people had concluded that Kamala Harris is "not capable" and that "when her IQ gets to 75 she should sell." “Again, I’m not saying that’s fair or accurate, but that’s the conclusion today that the American public have reached,.” he said.

Now that's vintage Kennedy, funny and getting the pulse of the American people, as he so often does.

But that caused a leftist freakout. Why? Because somehow attacking Harris' IQ is "racist." Oh, and misogynistic too.

According to the Huffington Post headline, his "crude joke about Kamala Harris is full-on racist, critics say." They further tried to skewer him in their story.

MacCallum did not react to the joke, but people on social media did ―calling it "racist," "misogynistic," "disgusting and unnecessary" and "hateful."

The Insidious Reason Why Hamas Is Releasing Hostages

The Insidious Reason Why Hamas Is Releasing Hostages

AP Photo/Kin Cheung

13 Israeli hostages are now under Israeli supervision and on their way home, and 39 criminals are returning to Gaza. Israel made this exchange because of the Jewish value of treasuring each individual life.  But given that Hamas repeatedly demonstrates that they have no respect for life, even for their own civilians whom they use as human shields, why is Hamas actually making this exchange?

There is the obvious reason that it gives Hamas days to recover and regroup, but there is another, more insidious and dangerous reason for Hamas to make this exchange. A reason that has nothing to do with the military war against Israel that they cannot win. This is regarding the war that they can, God forbid, win: the war to hurt the world’s opinion of Israel.

Hamas has been winning that war of public opinion since the moment Israel started going into Gaza after the depravities of October 7. Quickly, the world forgot and ignored the horrors they perpetrated in favor of focusing on the “innocent victims in Gaza” who were being killed in the crossfire with Israel. The images of beheaded babies and raped women were replaced by images of Gazan children crying; all of which prompted demonstrations and protests against Israel around the world. These demonstrations put pressure on governments like the United States to apply pressure on Israel to have a ceasefire. The more “innocent victims” in Gaza, the more worldwide pressure has been put on Israel to only defeat, and not totally destroy Hamas. And anything less than a total destruction of Hamas allows Hamas, God forbid, to fulfill their promise of repeating the horrors of October 7 again and again.

That is their goal: to win the war of public relations and manipulate the world to force Israel to back down from their stated and necessary goal of destroying Hamas. Remembering that truth in combination with looking at the actions that are taking place right now in Gaza allows us to see why Hamas wanted this ceasefire time and how this hostage exchange is part of a larger plan. It also shows us the truth about Gaza’s “innocents”.

From the moment the ceasefire started, hours before the hostages were exchanged, Hamas revealed its real goal of this ceasefire time if we only look at their actions. It is a setup to increase demonstrations for Gazan “civilians” after Israel recommences the war.

Thousands of Gazan “civilians” are moving frim the safety of the south back to the battlefield of the north, including women and children. On Thursday night, Hamas urged that all “civilians” who support them go back to the north. Why would they do this? Why would any family consciously put themselves back in harm’s way when they could stay safely in the south?

It is because they are not “innocent civilians” at all. They are simply Hamas terrorists and supporters without physical weapons. These “civilians” are not forced human shields being abused by Hamas, they are willing and active cogs in the Hamas war effort, willing to die for their cause of destroying Israel and repeating the horrors of October 7, which they celebrated in the streets of Gaza at that time. They are unarmed soldiers whose only goal is to protect Hamas against Israel when the war is restarted in a few days. These “innocents” are anything but innocent, and are returning to the north with the intent of stopping Israel from destroying Hamas bases, tunnels, and weapons.

These thousands of unarmed soldiers are not being forced to be human shields. They are returning to the north so that they can become martyrs. They hope to die for their cause, and in so doing, create more images of “innocents” dying to negatively affect world opinion of Israel. They are hoping that their presence as “civilians” will protect Hamas bases from Israeli attacks; that it will lead to more IDF deaths, God forbid, and that if they die, they will have sacrificed themselves as brave soldiers for Hamas in the effort to get the world to allow Hamas to survive this war.

As depraved as Hamas’ acts on October 7 were, the acts of these unarmed soldiers betray an equally sick and twisted psychology.

Thousands of Gazans are consciously putting their own children in harm’s way with one intent: to protect Hamas with their children’s lives. These are not innocent civilians; they are the very worst and most dangerous type of soldiers: soldiers with a death wish. Not just for themselves, but for their children.

Golda Meir was right when she said that we would only have peace when they love their children more than they hate us.

We must remember in the coming days when the war recommences that these “civilians” are not innocent, but are Hamas soldiers. They are not innocents that Hamas is using as human shields; they are soldiers that are consciously choosing to sacrifice themselves for Hamas’ goals. They are not parents most concerned with their children’s welfare and safety; they are committed fanatics who will willingly let their children die if it will further the cause of Hamas.

They truly hate us more than they love their own children.

So when the images come out in the next weeks of crying Gazan families who died while Israel returned to destroying Hamas bases and tunnels, remember that these are not victims, but fanatical soldiers who have chosen to sacrifice themselves as part of supporting Hamas. We must never forget that these families are leaving the safety of the south in order to actively help Hamas and it’s war effort. They are not victims, they are unarmed soldiers who have not only volunteered for the Hamas army, but have volunteered their children.

This is why Hamas is making an exchange:  to create victims that will manipulate world opinion against Israel… and it is truly an insidious goal.

They have chosen to make their children soldiers and sacrifices. It is sick, twisted, and horrific, and their evil in doing this must always be remembered.

May the day not be distant when Arab parents do love their children more than they hate Jews, and may we see the results of parental love in a world of peace.
