Here we go again— the Biden Administration has plans to roll out a new COVID-19 vaccine this fall, requiring Americans to get another jab.
Despite declaring earlier this year that COVID is no longer a threat, President Joe Biden said his administration will "likely" recommend that all Americans receive the updated booster, including children.
Over the weekend, the president told reporters that he plans to ask Congress for additional funds to develop a new vaccine, adding that he may force everyone to take it whether they previously received the initial vaccine.
"Yes, I can," Biden said. "I signed off this morning on a proposal we have to present to Congress a request for additional funding for a new vaccine that is necessary, that works."
The new vaccines, developed by Pfizer, Moderna, and Novavax, have been re-designed to target the dominant XBB variants that magically popped up just in time for the general election. The jab is expected to be rolled out sometime in mid-September.
Earlier this month, the Biden Administration requested $40 million from Congress to go toward Ukraine, U.S. federal disaster funds, and funds to help slow the flow of fentanyl into the U.S. despite Biden refusing to close the southern border.
However, the funding request did not mention any money for COVID-19 vaccines.
The White House did, however, use $1.4 billion of taxpayer money to develop new drugs and shots against the China virus.
In 2022, the Biden Administration requested $9.25 billion to stop the spread of COVID, but congressional lawmakers refused the request.
The Democratic Party is again fear-mongering Americans into thinking the virus is a threat.
Hollywood studio, Lionsgate, and several universities have already announced their plans to mandate masks for all.
Additionally, a TSA whistleblower allegedly reported that mandates would return in October. CNN also pushed the Left's Covid hysteria, citing so-called "experts" who say to "dust off those N95 masks and place them snugly over your nose and mouth to protect yourself from a recent uptick of the virus."
Yuck it up, you morons who think it’s cool to try to frame political opponents because your mug shots are coming soon enough. And maybe not just mugshots. You’ve genuinely screwed yourselves. You can’t control what you have unleashed. And you’re celebrating. You shouldn’t.
I know, I know, you can’t imagine that your decision to take out your political opponents by throwing them in jail will bite you in the Asa. But it will. Hard. And you ought to hope it’s only mug shots. I hope it’s only mug shots, not for your sake, but for my country’s sake. You’ve screwed up my country, and it’s not clear that the wounds you caused are not mortal. This is now a country where we lock up political opponents. I just want to get that out there again, and I want you to understand what has changed. This is now a country where we lock up political opponents. And it’s inevitable that very soon, you’re going to realize that you are some people’s political opponents too.
Some people ask me my legal opinion of these frame jobs masquerading as criminal cases. Well, I have no legal opinion of them because these have nothing to do with the law. When not invented out of whole cloth, they consist of inapplicable statutes stretched tighter than Nancy Pelosi’s lifted and Botoxed face to try to encompass perfectly legal activities by people whose real crime is opposing the ruling class. And the accused aggravated their crimes by having succeeded for a time.
Do you think these laws only go one way? Do you think this precedent can’t be used right back against you and yours? There are a lot of state attorney generals and district attorneys out there in red states, and they are going through their statute books. Conservatives, who tend to be doomers, are fretting because none of these red officials have acted yet. But they will act, all in good time. First, slow, then all at once. That is inevitable. That is the logic of this scenario. You see, all the incentives are to prosecute Democrats in red enclaves for things Democrats did far away. The first red AG or DA who does it is going to be a superstar. And then all the others are going to have to follow along lest they be left behind. Some of them won’t want to. Some of them may have some residual attachment to the law as we once knew it. But their red voters do not, and in the words of Rush – the Canadian band, not the radio legend – these Republican officials must conform or be cast out.
What they do in retaliation will have the appearance of law but not the substance. In that way, these prosecutions will be exactly like the ones Trump is currently experiencing. They will echo the nonsense of the Trump indictments. Perhaps I will outline it in more detail in a future column, but suffice it to say that when Anthony Fauci and dozens of other bureaucrats are indicted under Missouri’s RICO law based on a conspiracy to violate the civil rights of the citizens of the Show-Me State via their massive COVID fraud, the indicted ones are really going to hope that the aptly-named Fani – because of what she’s full of – Willis‘s ridiculous indictments have already been tossed out by the federal courts.
Oh, this isn’t right or good or anything I wanted. In fact, I have columns going back years warning you about the new rules you decided to play by. But you didn’t listen. It was inconvenient. It was hard actually having to convince lesser people to give you power, so you’ve decided to steal it. Now, of course, you don’t put it that way. You don’t tell yourself that you’re a fascist. But you are. No, you tell yourself this is a necessary exception. You imagine that Donald Trump is some sort of particular case and that after you frame him, we’re just going to go back to business as usual. You really are stupid, or you think we are. Ron DeSantis will be the next special case because he’s practically Hitler, too. Next, Nikki Haley will be Hitler. Then Tim Scott will need to be indicted to keep him from invading Poland.
You’re not putting this genie back in the bottle. Right now, you don’t want it back in the bottle. You think you’ve stumbled on a shortcut to permanent power. You couldn’t just try to beat Trump in an unrigged election. You decided to toss the law out. And you’re too freaking dumb to realize that the only thing protecting you is the law that you just erased. There was a pretty famous movie about a pretty famous guy who you never learned about at the University of College, where you got your degree in Marxist interpretive dance. He had something pretty insightful to say about the law and its purpose and why you need to uphold it.
But the law got in the way of what you really wanted, so you tossed it out, and now there is no law, and there’s nothing for you to hide behind. So, who protects you? I mean, you don’t have guns. You don’t have training. You can’t even do a push-up. There’s just power now, and all you have is the institutional power that is backed up and enforced mainly by, well, people like the ones you want to oppress. And the guys who Oliver Anthony has been talking about who wear a uniform or carry a badge might kill for you and might die for you for a little while. Still, when you send them to butcher their own brothers and sisters, they’re probably going to rethink the direction they’re shooting.
Oh, that’s crazy talk, you say. All through history, no ruling class that tried to clamp down on the masses has ever been overthrown and its members punished. There was nothing about that in the 1619 stuff you learned about in commie school. The law is still going to protect you, and the institutions will still protect you because they’ll still function because you haven’t torn their guts out. Oh, wait, you have.
A reckoning is coming, and you’re too dumb to know it. I guess it’ll be a surprise. You’ll look up and cry that what’s about to happen to you is wrong and that it’s illegal. But I don’t think the enemy you created is going to care very much.
e devastating fire that ravaged theMaui community of Lahainahas claimed the lives of over 100 people, and more than 300 remain unaccounted for. Many on the Left—Hawaii’s governor included—have claimed that man-made “climate change” is ultimately responsible for the most deadly fire in a century, but I know from personal experience that factors on the ground, more than some nebulous global trend, are far more important when it comes to preventing wildfires from spreading.
I grew up in rural Colorado during years of drought, and my father is a volunteer fireman. Every summer, I spent hours upon hours clearing out the forest around our mountain home, cutting the grass, raking the shrubs, and bagging the detritus of the forest floor that would burn to a crisp in moments.
Our house stood on the mountain slope, with slightly more than 3 acres of land around us. We managed the 50 yards of grass and shrubs on the slope directly beneath the house—my dad used a chainsaw to hack off the trees’ low-hanging branches—because a wildfire in that area would rise almost immediately to the wooden beams of our home, putting our lives and all our possessions at risk.
My father knew what he was doing. He spent decades as a wildland fire volunteer on the Coal Creek Canyon Fire Department. He would rush to the scene of a fire, entering derailed train cars to pull victims to safety. He performed vital first aid to save lives in dangerous situations, and he loved to take the fire trucks out on solid ice for training.
Human beings have little control when a wildfire starts, but diligent forest management can slow or stop the spread of deadly infernos. Controlled burns help preserve the forest and clear the forest floor of bone-dry materials that fuel a less predictable blaze. Diligent logging practices also help to limit the amount of combustible material.
My father, brother, and I engaged in the most work-intensive form of forest management because there was no better option to preserve our home. We weren’t going to launch a controlled burn within feet of our home.
Many factors combined to make the Maui wildfires the deadliest blaze in a century. The Aloha State has experienced drought since May, Hurricane Dora fanned the flames with 45 mph winds, and downed power lines increased the risk of fire. On the fuel side, non-native invasive grasses that grow fast and burn easily gave the fire a highway to spread across the island. The U.S. Department of Agriculture pointed to 18 grass species that put the island at increased risk of wildland fires.
Climate activists and Chicken Little alarmists don’t like to admit it, but productive industries often help slow the spread of flammable grasses. As Elise McCue wrote for The Daily Signal, the disappearance of Hawaii’s sugar cane and other agriculture industries has enabled these grasses to spread.
The wildland fire threat was not news to local officials. The Hawaii Wildfire Management Organization crafted a wildfire protection plan for the area back in 2014, warning that Lahaina faced a high likelihood of destructive fire due to its proximity to dry grasslands, steep terrain, and frequent winds. According to The Wall Street Journal, the plan presented clear measures to protect Lahaina from fire, including “thinning vegetation near populated areas, improving wildlife-response capabilities, and working with landowners and utilities to help reduce fire risk on their property.”
Those recommendations sound very familiar to me. After all, I spent my summers “thinning vegetation near populated areas,” and my Eagle Scout project involved wildland fire mitigation around a combustible public utility.
Indeed, it seems plausible that climate alarmism actually contributed to the risk of wildfires.
In 2019, Hawaiian Electric identified an urgent need to upgrade its infrastructure and manage vegetation to reduce the possibility that its equipment could spark a fire. It proposed spending $190 million to do so last June.
State regulators bogged down the proposal in red tape and reviews, however. The utility said it would not begin the work until it had negotiated a deal with the state to recover the costs from ratepayers, a kind of deal that is typical for utility companies, The Wall Street Journal reported.
While the fire mitigation proposal lingered, Hawaii made a commitment to reach 100% green energy generation by 2015. Hawaiian Electric invested a great deal of cash into green technologies while spending less than $245,000 on wildfire projects between 2019 and 2022.
Although it stands to reason that the mass burning of fossil fuels may impact the global environment, the true factors driving earth’s constant climate alterations remain inscrutable.
Climate alarmists love to cite a statistic that 97% of climate scientists adopt the narrative that human interventions in the environment are spurring us along to the end of the world.
The study analyzed all published peer-reviewed academic research papers from 1991 to 2011 that used the terms “global warming” or “global climate change.” The study organized these papers into seven categories, combining three categories to come up with 3,896 papers, and comparing those with other categories, which made up 118 papers. Yet the study completely discounted the vast majority of the papers it analyzed (66.4%, or 7,930 of the 11,944 papers). Only by excluding these papers did the authors come up with a 97% figure.
Many of the scientists who wrote the original papers Cook’s team analyzed complained that this study mischaracterized their research. The survey “included 10 of my 122 eligible papers. 5/10 were rated incorrectly. 4/5 were rated as endorse rather than neutral,” complained Richard Tol, professor of the economics of climate change at Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.
Contrary to the popular narrative, the science on climate change is far from settled, and much of how the global climate works remains poorly understood.
Wildland fire mitigation is far less sexy than new “green” technologies hawked as the only solution to man-made Armageddon. I know—I spent countless hours doing the unrewarding grunt work. But if you want to save your home and your family from deadly wildfires in a drought-stricken area, there is no substitute for hard work.

I’ve said this before, so forgive me for repeating myself, but some things bear repeating. Every Saturday morning, I am on WABC radio in New York with James Golden, AKA Bo Snerdley from the Rush Limbaugh Show, from 7-8 a.m. He’s a good friend, and we always have fun. I made a point about the left and Adolf Hitler that I’d made before, just not to James, and he insisted I write about it. Who am I to argue with a legend, especially when that legend put you on the correct radar to eventually become the last new guest host for Radio’s Greatest of All Time, Rush Limbaugh? So when Bo says something, I listen.
Since the year 2000 (and possibly before, but definitely after), Democrats have been engaged in the despicable game of calling everyone they view as a threat or obstacle to their agenda “Hitler,” “Hitler-like,” “Worse than Hitler,” etc., etc. They do this because it’s easy, without concern that it’s insulting to Hitler’s victims or a complete lie, a bastardization of history. What is that last part about? Well, I’ll explain.
Hitler was a fascist, obviously, and a totalitarian. Somewhere along the line, these characteristics have become ascribed to the political right, or as they love to say nowadays, “The extreme right.” But it’s not true, not even close. There is no such thing as a “right-wing strongman.” Simply put, every single dictator is of the left. Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot, Castro, Mussolini, Marcos, Chavez, Kim, Amin, and everyone else you can think of are people of the political left, plain and simple.
I know this cuts against everything you’ve heard in the media, and if you’re under 40, it probably goes against everything you were taught in school. But, to put it mildly, you were lied to.
First off, socialism, fascism, and communism are all very similar – they advocate different ways for the government to grow and “give” people things. Communists provided people with everything they deemed the people needed, for example, and everyone had to “contribute” by working for essentially slave wages. There was a thin veil of economic transactions, but the government all ultimately controlled them. Fascism and socialism are the same way, just slightly different methodologies.
They also all have tens of millions of dead bodies in their wake – the elimination of opposition is a cornerstone of all of them. Those who weren’t killed were imprisoned because why not? They had to go, but some people would cause more problems as dead martyrs than living but inaccessible ones.
Yes, these groups fought amongst each other, but really only for control. They all believed themselves to be the true heirs to Marx and wanted to be the ones to lead the people to Utopia. The irony of them killing each other over this was utterly lost on them.
So, now we get to the real point at which the argument is made about how all of these evil ideologies are of the left, and it’s pretty simple.
Progressive is the left, conservative is the right, OK? Progressives want a bigger government that does more, and with a bigger government doing more individual liberty necessarily shrinks. Conservatives want smaller government, limited by the Constitution, and more individual liberty. It stands to reason that the further you go down the progressive direction, the bigger and stronger the government gets, just the opposite for the conservative side.
The natural end of the road for progressives is absolute power, a totalitarian regime imposing its will on the people, whether they like it or not. It’s a disaster, always, and the average person suffers greatly, but they suffer equally. It’s equity on display. Of course, that suffering never makes it to the top – as Soviet citizens starved, Stalin and his pals were fat. While North Koreans ate dirt, every leader in the Kim family was obese. It holds for almost all of them.
Now, the logical end for the conservative side of the horizon is anarchy. The further you go down the right, the smaller the government becomes and the more personal liberty there is. The end of that is no government at all, the opposite of the left.
But to hear the Democrat/MSNBC brain trust tell it, as you work your way down the right side, as government power shrinks, there is a magical point at which it somehow spikes back up to be all-powerful, and that’s where Hitler and every other of these monsters somehow lived. It doesn’t make any sense, but they also know people have been conditioned by a horrible left-wing public education system not to understand politics or history and to believe what they hear from “journalists” on TV, so it sticks. It only sticks with stupid people, but there are enough of them to fuel a movement.
When you point out that the Nazis were literally the “National Socialist German Workers Party,” they don’t get how nothing about that is conservative. That they advocated for a great many of the policies Democrats did and do doesn’t matter either. The concepts of “equity” (meaning the same outcome, not the same opportunity – finish line vs. level playing field) and critical race theory being used as means of division and control are lost on them. They simply obey.
The left, everywhere it exists in the world, demands obedience; they insist on conformity of thought. You wear whatever you want, screw whoever you want, but you’d better think only what is acceptable or else. It is the new slavery, and people don’t even realize it.
The public is too busy being told war is peace, crime is harmony, men are women, and more. That so many people swallow this insanity unquestioningly is a testament to just how far those cancerous ideologies have metastasized into our culture and how deeply we have to cut them out.
That fight starts by acknowledging the reality that Hitler and every other of history’s greatest monsters in the modern world were wholly and firmly on the left. Once you open yourself up to that, you see what Joe Biden and this current crop of Democrats are attempting to do (not just to Donald Trump but to everyone who stands in their way – how many times has Ron DeSantis been called Hitler already or Tim Scott an Uncle Tom?) in a completely different, but accurate light.
As Donald Trump was being booked and processed for a fourth time on a fourth indictment, this time in Georgia, old social media posts of DA Fani Willis emerged. What they contained provided a view into the rabid partisan nature and hypocrisy of the prosecutor now trying to put the former president behind bars.
Specifically, multiple posts show Willis spreading conspiracy theories about Georgia's elections. She even went so far as to claim there were "water leaks" during the 2020 election counting in Fulton County, suggesting that ballots were being thrown out. You'll probably remember that one because Republicans ended up adopting that theory as well in the aftermath of the election.
Look, I realize that the actual charges against Trump do not center on simply claiming the election was stolen (the RICO conspiracy supposedly leads to the alternate electors scheme), but anyone who can read the above post and not laugh has no sense of humor. Think about it. While Willis lectures Trump at press conferences about daring to tarnish the supposed sanctity of Georgia's elections, she was out there talking about busted water pipes and claiming the election might be stolen from Democrats. I mean, come on. You can't script irony any better than that.
There's more as well. Willis suggested several times in 2018 that election shenanigans were afoot.
Going back to her 2020 posts, Willis agreed with false racist claims that only "white people" were voting, suggesting that they make up "116 percent" of the voting pool.
Are you starting to get a picture of who Willis is, yet? We aren't talking about some run-of-the-mill Democrat public servant. We are talking about a rabid partisan activist who has actively participated in the very things she denounces others for. That's who is leading the charge to jail a former president.
At least special counsel Jack Smith maintains some air of mystery about his political beliefs being a career DOJ official (though I think we can all guess what they are). By contrast, Willis' profile mimics parody. It's as if Salon created a prosecutor in a lab.
With all that said, unfortunately, there is no prohibition on prosecutors being far-left hypocritical hacks. Perhaps there should be.
