      Flu views; free stuff you’ll pay for

“Wuhan Flu” (for China origin), or COVID-19, has infected a friend in our circle, thankfully with no need for hospitalization. Being hermits at heart, our circle is a modest one: a few friends here and in Idaho, relatives we interact with, those we don’t, and our immediate neighbors.

Among neighbors, a “football lineman-size” guy under 40 had it, still had the shots, and tests with such immunity that he’s probably one of the safest people to be around in the county. The thing is, he tested “immune” after his barely-noticed infection; the vaccine mandate demanded an unnecessary shot.

Our 70-something friend is a very healthy senior who works out and eats healthier than we do, but was adamantly against vaccination. I thought she was a bit naïve but it’s her life, as they say. She’s knows not the source, lost her sense of taste, is receiving prescribed monoclonal antibody treatment, and has been quarantined at home. We buy her groceries.

Consider the experience of an Amish community I read about. They shut all activities down at the onset of COVID, immersed themselves in the data and decided the primary risk was to the elderly, who they protected. They chose to “sup from a common cup” during their services, with the informed knowledge that the virus would infect some and produce the “herd immunity” roundly dismissed by the “smart, informed medical/political leaders” guiding the rest of us.

They sent no one to hospitals because the data showed them that mortality didn’t improve by doing so. The unacceptable downside to hospitalization was that elderly patients would be isolated from cherished family, who had marginal risk from their beloved seniors. Their attitude was that, according to the best science, they would all get exposed eventually—as we have now found out—and natural immunity would only be postponed and dragged out—as we have also found.

These are healthy people but, as elsewhere, those with underlying compromised health conditions suffered—perhaps prematurely compared to their natural lifespans—while 95+percent of their society went on with little negative impact. Because of all that, they had their best economic year in memory in 2020, while the “nonreligious” around them endured “lockdowns,” endless mandates, disruptions, “stay home” orders, bans on gatherings and ongoing pointless mask obsession and vaccination “apartheid” society. Are any reporters curious?

Although it’s anecdotal evidence (meaning it could just be “evidence of anecdotes”), I would point to Sweden’s similar strategy (500+ new cases, 1 death/day) of protecting the elderly while the vast majority of mostly invulnerable citizens lived normally; only large events were cancelled. I agree with few things Bill Maher says but he is spot on to say “the pandemic is over, crisis done, live normally.”

More proof: In Florida (1500 new cases, 2 deaths/day), Gov. DeSantis applied similar wisdom based on science—they live free. COVID, or SARS-CoV-2, is no longer a pandemic; it’s “endemic,” live with it.

Dr. Eric Rubin of the New England Journal of Medicine, and a specialist in infectious disease on the Biden advisory panel, displayed an arrogant, oblivious attitude toward vaccinations of children. Medically, they’ve an infinitesimal risk; 500 died out of tens of millions of children. “We’re never going to learn about how safe this vaccine is unless we start giving it.” Your kids—guinea pigs.

Systemic racism, aka “Critical Race Theory,” aka “reverse racism,” is such diabolical bunk with thinly-veiled goals of keeping Americans divided and at each other’s throats over race—that all races are waking up to its malignancy.

The “Annual Income of Americans” has been broken down by race/ethnicity. If white folks have such economic control, why are we out-earned by a dozen or so groups, by nationality of origin, most of whom are clearly “people of color”? Among the 17 groups making more than whites: Lebanese, Iranian, Pakistani, Syrian, Ghanaian and Nigerian Americans; Indian-Americans earn 2x that of whites. Students of South African lineage seeking college admission get preference, unless they are white.

Consider the academic castigation of “white work ethics” like showing up on time, finishing an assignment, “working hard to get ahead,” and other universal (applies equally to any racial/national group) habits to improve one’s standard of living and benefit one’s family. The intention of such race-hustling, America-hating, Western civilization-destroying radicals is to denigrate our nuclear, heterosexual, family-based society—and reduce America to an under-performing, welfare-based, poverty-stricken Venezuela, the way I see it.

We're headed for a recession, businesses can't find employees, there are food shortages, the cost of energy and goods are up because President Biden and the Democrats are imposing a third world economic plan on the United States. The White House supply chain task force is made up of people who've never actually worked in private industry and don't recognize the severity of their actions. Yet, the White House says now is the time to fundamentally transform the U.S economy; Biden didn’t run on, people didn’t vote for, that (Credit: Mark Levin).

What could summarize such abominable policies better than “Biden Administration Makes Insane Proposal of Million Dollar Payouts to Illegals,” by Roger L. Simon (theepochtimes.com); Biden intends to give $450,000 per person to compensate illegal families separated by President Trump’s border rules. Said rules applied to migrants illegally entering, with no reasonable expectation to stay.

Remember that “Free Stuff Isn’t Free,” as Cal Thomas wrote, when it comes to those wonderful additional “benefits” and entitlements—free dental care, drugs, dentures, transportation to doctors. “But wait, there’s more” free stuff the Biden-crats want to give us. Someone, maybe even you, will pay.
