The average achievement level score in Wisconsin was 266 compared to 262 nationally for 2009, which was the latest results recorded. The average score and percentages did not change greatly from 1998-2009. 2007 shows the lowest average score at 264 for Wisconsin. The percentage of students performing at or above the NAEP basic level was 78 percent in 2009.
